We only accept missions if they fall within the scope of our skills and if they do not involve our company in a conflict of interest.
- Each mission is the subject of interviews with the client, giving rise to the drafting of a contract including the description of the mission, the profile sought, the method(s) used as well as the schedule and the conditions of intervention. We are subject to professional secrecy: the identity of the client and all confidential information concerning him are only disclosed with his express authorization. We do not send any application files and, more generally, do not communicate any confidential or personal information concerning candidates without their prior agreement.
- Our activity is a consulting activity: we ensure that we support and keep the client and candidates informed at all stages of the mission. As an employer and recruitment consultant, we ensure compliance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in hiring for each of the missions entrusted to us. We respect the legal and regulatory provisions related to our profession. Each application is studied and subject to systematic feedback.

- Recruitment process
The candidates we identify as part of a recruitment mission are subject to an initial selection by telephone. If they meet the requirements of the position, they are met in Paris or abroad: (interviews and/or recruitment sessions organized abroad are the responsibility of the client).
For candidates who have several experiences under their belt, references taken from recent employers help refine recruitment. The selected candidates are presented after this selection phase, and a complete debriefing is organized after each interview. The selected candidate is monitored during their trial period and during their first year in the position.
- Database/Networking
A growing number of candidates, wishing to be advised on managing their career, contact us spontaneously. Professionalism, efficiency and confidentiality are the basis of our reputation in the market and justify the trust placed in us. With the formal agreement of the candidates, we integrate their files into our database and regularly update them.
- Search with Direct Approach
Based on in-depth knowledge of the market of candidates and companies, this method makes it possible to offer development opportunities to executives who are not actively looking but whose profile corresponds to the position offered.
